In order to reaffirm its dedication to gender equality and women’s empowerment, Dinalupihan Water District set out on a transformative journey from August 15 to August 17, 2023. This initiative’s main goal was to provide the Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Point System (GFPS) with extensive training and retraining. The purpose of the event, which was led by eminent speaker Ms. Arlene I. Pascual, Supervising Administrative Officer and GAD-CHRE Director of Bataan Peninsula State University, was to equip district employees with the knowledge and abilities necessary to incorporate gender perspectives into all aspects of their work.
