Concessionaires can request to change name of the account holder, billing address,
or classification

WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE

All concessionaires of DWD

  1. One (1) photocopy of any of the following valid IDs:
    • Driver’s License
    • Passport
    • NBI Clearance
    • Police Clearance
    • UMID
    • Pag-IBIG ID or one (1) photocopy of voter’s certification in the absence of valid ID
  2. Certification from the registered concessionaire allowing the applicant to change the name or in cases of transfer of ownership of the house, one (1) photocopy of Deed of Absolute Sale
