IMPORTANT

Please settle your water bill at least two (2) days before the due date, as GCash payments made later may not be accepted or posted on time.

1. Log in to your GCash account.

Open the GCash app on your mobile device. Enter your MPIN to log in to your account.

 

2. Tap PAY BILLS

On the main screen upon logging in your GCash account, click the Bills icon.

 

3. Choose UTILITIES

On the next screen, you will be shown the different biller categories available on GCash. Tap Water Utilities.

 

4. Select DINALUPIHAN WATER

A list of different water providers will appear. This is arranged alphabetically. Scroll down to see Dinalupihan Water and tap it to select.

 

5. Fill out the form.

The next screen will be the form you have to accomplish to proceed with your transaction. Enter the following:

• Account Number (digits only, dashes are not included)
• Account Name
• Amount

If you’re not sure, check your bill. All these details are on the bill you received from DWD.

You may also enter your e-mail address, but this field is optional. You may skip it.

Once you’ve filled out all the details, tap NEXT.

 

6. Confirm the details.

On the next screen will be a summary of the details you entered. Double check everything and tap CONFIRM if everything is correct.

7. Take note of the reference number.

A payment receipt will be shown. This includes all the details of your transaction and a reference number. Take note of the reference number by simply taking a screenshot.

The payment will be processed and posted within 24 hours. You will also receive a text message from GCash regarding your transaction.

1. Log in to your Maya Account

Open the Maya app on your mobile device.
Log in using your password or biometrics (fingerprint/Face ID).

2. Tap “Bills”

On the Maya main screen, tap the Bills icon.

3. Choose “Water Utilities”

Under the list of biller categories, select Water Utilities.

4. Select “Dinalupihan Water District”

Scroll through the list and tap Dinalupihan Water District.

5. Fill in the Required Details

Enter the following information on the payment form:

• Account Number

• Amount (plus applicable convenience fee)

• Customer Name

Tip: You can find these details on your Statement of Account (SOA).

Once all details are correct, tap NEXT.

6. Review and Confirm Details

Carefully review the billing information displayed on the screen.

Tap Pay if everything is correct.

7. Select Payment Source

Choose your preferred payment method (Maya Wallet, linked bank, etc.).

Double-check your selection, then tap Continue.

8. Confirm Payment

Complete the transaction by tapping Pay Now.

9. Save the Reference Number

A payment receipt will appear showing your transaction details and reference number.

Please take a screenshot of the receipt for your records.

Payment Posting

• Payments will be processed and posted within 24 hours.

• You will also receive a confirmation SMS from Maya after a successful transaction

Dinalupihan Water District will be accepting online payment for water bill via LANDBANK Link.BizPortal.

1. Click link: https://www.lbp-eservices.com/egps/portal/index.jsp
2. Click PAY NOW button.
3. Enter DINALUPIHAN WATER DISTRICT in the merchant name box.  Click CONTINUE.
4. Select Water Bill transaction. Click CONTINUE.
5. Fill-in details.
6. Follow on-screen directions.

Payment may be thru Landbank ATM Card, BancNet, or Other Banks via PCHC PayGate.
